His involvement extends to the management of many large and complex projects for both public sector and private clients, along with the development of resources and guidelines to assure continuing quality. Mr. Baker inspires trust and loyalty from C7A’s clients with his dedication to their needs and ultimate vision for their projects. He holds degrees from Texas A&M University and Wentworth Institute of Technology and also contributes to overall firm management and operation as Treasurer.
