C7A’s design weaves together disconnected pieces of Boston’s neighborhoods and the city’s renowned historical sites. A dramatic pedestrian bridge links the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway to a vibrant ground floor marketplace, filled with the sights and sounds of Boston’s historic past. The building’s stunning five-story glass atrium offers views of four levels of galleries celebrating Boston’s distinctive built environment, politics, people, innovation and sports, along with striking downtown and harbor vistas. From the fifth-level City Room, visitors can see the panorama of Boston, accompanied by explanations and suggestions for further exploration.
