Cambridge Seven Associate's conversion of the old Lone Star brewery into gallery space allowed the industrial interiors of the building to take on a new-found elegance. New architectural elements, such as a glass bridge which replaced the original hops conveyer, were developed by Cambridge Seven to both complement and contrast with the original building, and color accents were added to give the exterior a more playful look. In addition, entirely new mechanical and electrical systems were inserted without disrupting the character of the original building.
