C7A is working with Dartmouth College and developer Carpenter and Company to update and expand the Hanover Inn with a new conference center, two new restaurants, and 25 additional guestrooms. The Hanover Inn has a timeless quality, with brick walls, white pilasters, residential style dormers and a classic front porch. C7A's renovations are designed to integrate with the existing building while creating an updated look and feel for the hotel. A crisp glass box floats within the historic arms of the old building, integrating a new 3,500 sf ballroom into the existing structure. A series of brick piers continue the rhythm of the existing arcade and form a new porch accessed directly off the ballroom. All of the guestrooms and public spaces will also be refreshed with crisp, modern interiors designed by the Bill Rooney Studio.
