C7A designed a series of exhibits for the new U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service headquarters at Parker River. Exhibits begin by placing the Parker River Refuge in context with the entire USFWS refuge system, describing how the USFWS puts wildlife first in its decision-making. Additional exhibits explain the refuge’s ongoing management programs, the cultural heritage of Plum Island, and habitats of the barrier beach island. Animals such as piping plovers, greenhead flies, osprey, and migrating butterflies are also featured.
