Cambridge Seven Associates is developing the conceptual design of the new Heifer Village for Heifer International, which will connect visitors to the sights and sounds of daily life for families living in poor rural villages throughout the globe. Re-created villages, interpretive exhibits, and domesticated animal stock will represent rural environments in Guatemala, Ecuador, South Africa, Cameroon, Indonesia, China, India, and Romania. Visitors will enter a separate pavilion to learn about disparity in North America and gain a better understanding of how they can help others achieve self-reliance, while protecting the world's environment and food supply through sustainable development.
