The Gyeonggi Children’s Museum, the first public children's museum in Korea, commissioned C7A to design ten exhibit galleries focusing on science, the arts, environment and culture. “Healthy Children” features a basketball challenge, soccer competition, rock-climbing wall, a seesaw that will hold a dozen children, and several other full-body movement experiences. The “Han River” gallery features a 65-foot long water play “river” with areas where children can build and float their own boats, move water uphill with an Archimedes screw, crawl under the water, create dams, and direct the flow. In the Fairy Tale Land Gallery, traditional Korean fairy tales are celebrated through a range of activities that involve children in these stories, from a fairy-god weaving interactive to an audio theater set in the belly of a tiger.
