Basketball Hall of Fame
Cambridge Seven designed the 50,000 s.f. of exhibits for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to combine traditional artifact displays, interactive technology, and iconographic images, and includes a movie entitled “Hoop-La” – developed by Cambridge Seven – which provides visitors with a basic understanding of the sport. Visitors encounter many opportunities to test their athletic skills.  The “How High Is Up?” exhibits allows visitors to compare their jumping skills with those of basketball greats. At the “Shoot Out,” visitors on a moving walkway toss basketballs through baskets of varying heights and distances.  In the 360° “Surround Theater,” visitors are placed in the middle of a fast-action basketball game.
