Cambridge Seven created a master plan for the transformation of the lobby of the vacant Union Station into a 17,000 sf museum with exhibit areas, classrooms, offices, a small theatre, and shop. Cambridge Seven subsequently designed a series of highly interactive children's exhibits including a farmer's market, waterworks display, life on the railroad, and stock exchange as well as several toddler exhibits. The exhibits focus on group interaction and role-playing. The project was done in collaboration with AMR Architects.
