The 32-story NBC office complex designed by Cambridge Seven is a distinguished addition to the skyline of San Antonio and a fitting complement to its historic location. Warm shades of indigenous granite, limestone and stone aggregate precast reflect San Antonio's rich cultural heritage. Portals of arched stone at each entrance to the 4-story banking hall are carved with the fine detail characteristic of the city's early architecture. At its base, landscaped plazas meet the inviting, pedestrian scale of the San Antonio Riverwalk. Designed by Cambridge Seven in joint venture with Lloyd Jones Fillpot, the 600,000 sf development has 500,000 sf of office space, parking for 900 cars and retail and restaurant space.
