The pavilions of the new Alumni Center step gently back from the adjoining old Faculty Club, and their new brick facades reflect the building’s historic dignity and beautiful architectural elements. The new white gables are scaled to match the original pediment. Large new windows and French doors which open onto the terrace provide brightly-lit interiors and more generous views of the Williams campus. The addition of approximately 4,000 sf more than doubled the area of the Faculty Club, houses a kitchen and dining room, a spacious lounge, conservatory, and bar all create a welcoming environment for visiting alumni with a comfortable, residential atmosphere.
