Cambridge Seven Associates designed the new 258,000 sf Mullins Center building to provide space for hockey and basketball programs, fine arts productions, convocations, concerts and commencement exercises. The main arena seats 11,000 for basketball, 9,000 for hockey, and 4,000 for fine arts productions. The Mullins Center also contains racquetball courts, a training center, function rooms, locker rooms, offices, and a separate training rink. Cambridge Seven also recently expanded the weight training room and added new varsity lockers.
