Lincoln Campus Food & Beverage Teaching Facility, U Mass Hands-On Hospitality

Cambridge Seven is currently working with the University of Massachusetts, Amherst on renovations of the 11th floor of the Lincoln Campus Center to create a new food and beverage teaching facility for the University’s Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, the fourth-ranked program of its kind in the country. Spaces include food lab/classroom, beverage lab/classroom, advanced food lab/kitchen, a dining room seating 125 people, and a reception and lounge area. The dining facility will also serve as a resource for catered revenue-generating events.
