Mr. Silveira has introduced new financial standards, reviews contracts and fees, handles staffing, and facilitates firm management at C7A. Mr. Silveira also focuses on human resource issues, and the day-to-day management of the firm. Mr. Silveira's role has expanded with his participation in The Advisory Group, a group of executives leading regional A/E firms, as well as his annual presentations on office organization issues to Roger Williams College students as part of the college's Professional Practice curriculum.
