Cambridge Seven offers, as a benefit, professional career development benefits for professional and administrative staff as a means to encourage an individual's professional development and to increase the firm's stature. The information, knowledge, and skills acquired by individuals through these programs are transferred to all members of the firm when staff members share their learning.
C7A encourages employees to attend professional and technical seminars, as well as national and local AIA committees which focus on areas directly related to the firm's work. To this end, C7A will make $500 available to each employee on an annual basis for professional development. The employee must demonstrate a connection to her/his work with the firm and would be required to make a presentation to the firm on the subject in question following the seminar.
C7A is also an AIA/CES Registered Continuing Education Provider.
