Cambridge Seven, with HOK Orlando, was a finalist in a national competition for a world-class hotel and resort for Hilton, adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center in Florida. The 1,000,000 sf program included 1,400 guestrooms, four restaurants, two bars, and a 40,000 sf Grand Ballroom, a 5,000 sf Junior Ballroom and over 30,000 sf of meeting space. The development also includes a resort with a pool, water slides and poolside cabanas, four tennis courts, health club and spa, and jogging trails.
