In her March 23, 2007 article in the Boston Business Journal, Reporter Naomi Kooker writes about the Boston Children’s Museum and its vision to incorporate sustainability as a core value of the expansion project.  Cambridge Seven is designing the building to achieve a silver LEED certification.  As Kooker writes, “If certified, the organization would be the first green museum in Boston (although the Museum of Science is in the early stages of a green building renovation). The certification would also bolster the museum’s mission, which is to educate its constituents – children – about ways to be good stewards of the environment.”
