Douglas has been involved in the design and production of museum exhibitions for nearly ten years. Prior to joining Cambridge Seven Associates in 2006, he was an Exhibit Designer with several firms in the Boston area. Recent C7A projects  include "World Alive" at Discovery Place in Charlotte, North Carolina, various exhibits for the Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,  exhibits for Heifer International's Murphy Keller Education Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, exhibits for the Gyeonggi Children's Museum in Korea, and "World Brooklyn" for the Brooklyn Children's Museum. He received his Master of Interior Architecture degree from Rhode Island School of Design in 2003. Douglas was also a contributing author for exhibit design in the design reference book, Interior Graphic Standards, Wiley, 2003. In 2008, he was certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED™ Accredited Professional.
